LA County Sheriff Candidate Forum, Part 2

On April 25th at 6pm, Knock LA is presenting an in-person sheriff candidates forum in Antelope Valley. It will be co-moderated by Cerise Castle, the author of A Tradition of Violence, the History of Deputy Gangs in the LASD. Sheriff Alex Villanueva initially agreed to the event, but then backed out, saying the forum is not being put on by “community organizations.” Groups co-hosting the event that include victims of deputy violence.
